1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and services provided by Leonard Sauer via the website www.mytennisreview.de . By booking a service, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Subject matter of the contract

Leonard Sauer offers customized tennis video analyses, training plans, and other digital coaching services via its website. These services are provided exclusively based on the information and video files provided by the customer.

4. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer orders a service via the online form or by email and Leonard Sauer confirms acceptance by email. There is no entitlement to acceptance.

5. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted are final prices in euros. Due to the small business regulation according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is currently charged. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or via a provided payment service provider. Services are provided upon receipt of payment.

6. Provision of services

The analysis or training plan will typically be provided within five business days of receipt of payment and submission of the complete video material. Delivery will be digital via email or a secure download link.

7. Customer’s obligations

The customer guarantees that he will only submit his own or legally provided video material and that he will not violate any rights of third parties (in particular personal rights, copyrights).
The customer also undertakes to provide all information relevant to the analysis correctly and completely.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Since the services offered are created individually, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely as soon as processing has begun - provided that the customer has expressly agreed and acknowledged that his right of withdrawal thereby expires (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).

9. Copyright and rights of use

The analyses, videos, and training plans created are protected by copyright. They may only be used for personal use and may not be reproduced, published, or distributed without written consent.

10. Liability

Leonard Sauer is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. He assumes no liability for injuries, training consequences, or incorrect application of training plans.
Use of the suggestions is at your own risk.

11. Data protection

12. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, provided that the customer is a merchant or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
