Refund Policy
1. No general right of return for individual services
Since our services (e.g., video analyses, training plans) are created individually for each client, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return once processing has begun. This applies according to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
2. Consent to waive the right of withdrawal
By making your booking, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the service before the cancellation period has expired. You therefore lose your right of cancellation as soon as we begin processing.
3. Refund in case of non-performance
If the ordered service cannot be provided (e.g. due to technical errors, illness or other serious reasons on our part), we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
4. Goodwill arrangement in case of dissatisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your analysis. If you find any justified defects in the delivered service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will examine your concerns individually and strive to find a fair solution (e.g. repair or partial refund).
5. No refunds for:
delayed or faulty video transmission by the customer
incomplete information leading to inadequate analysis
purely subjective dissatisfaction without any concrete complaint
